Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may request a return instead.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items not eligible for return

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or unsealed items (for health or hygiene reasons)
  • Expired or perishable items
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Regular priced items are eligible for a refund, store credit, or discount.
Sale items are final sale unless defective or damaged.
